PRADMA

General Provisions

  1. The data controller is PRADMA Dariusz Naruszewicz with its registered office in Olsztyn at ul. Lubelska 33, NIP [Tax ID No.]: 848-177-10-79. The data will be protected in compliance with generally applicable laws and will be stored on secure servers.
  2. The terms used herein will be interpreted in accordance with the glossary enclosed to the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if this is directly apparent from the description).
  3. For the sake of a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “you”, “Controller” by “us”. “GDPR” means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in the landing page form will be treated as confidential and will not be visible to unauthorized persons.

 

Data Controller

  1. Personal data will be processed: a. in accordance with the personal data protection regulations, b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the wording of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the services provided electronically, d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), while the processing does not violate any personal rights or freedoms.
  2. Any data subject (if we are the controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  3. Contact with the person overseeing the processing of personal data within the Service Provider’s organization is possible by electronic means at the following email address: biuro@pradma.pl.
  4. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for legal redress, if any, or if national, EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
  5. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  6. Personal data may be erased as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  7. The Service Provider will not make personal data available to any persons other than those authorized under applicable laws.
  8. Personal data are only processed by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

 

Cookies

  1. The www.pradma.pl website uses cookies. Those are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the website identifies the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters make it possible to read the information contained therein only to the server which created it. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
  2. The information collected includes IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via a contact form.
  3. The data collected is used to monitor and verify how users use our websites so as to improve the functioning of the service by providing more efficient and seamless navigation. We monitor User information by means of the Google Analytics tool, which records User behavior on the website.
  4. Cookies identify the user, thus allowing us to tailor the content of the website they use to the User’s needs. By remembering the User’s preferences, cookies make it possible to adapt the advertisements addressed to the User accordingly. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of convenience of our services, the collected data are used only within [name] to optimize activities.
  5. We use the following cookies on our website: “essential” cookies, required to enable the services provided by the website, e.g. authentication cookies, used to provide services that require authentication on the website, and “efficiency” cookies to gather information on how the website is used;
  6. You can switch off or restore cookies at any time by changing your browser settings. The cookie management manual is available at: http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, will be collected only where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form. We retain and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.

 

Applications

  1. PRADMA Dariusz Naruszewicz developed the “AR Xmas” application as Freemium applications, further referred to as “services”. The services are provided by PRADMA Dariusz Naruszewicz at no cost and are intended for use in their current form.
  2. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in case of an application error, we collect data and information (via third party products) on your phone. That data may include information such as the IP address of the device, the name of the device, the version of the operating system, the configuration of the application when using our services, the time and date of using the services and other statistics.
  3. The Services also use automatically collected information via the device camera and the TrueDepth API interface provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to trace the user’s head and face so that the user can control the service by moving their head. None of the information collected by TrueDepthAPI leaves the user’s device at any time or is stored permanently on the device.

 

MENTAL RESISTANCE TRAINING

  1. The joint controllers of the study persons’ data are:
    a) The Study Project Coordinator Ewa Waszkiewicz, with address for service: ul. Dworcowa 70/16, 10-437 Olsztyn;
    b) PRADMA Dariusz Naruszewicz, with address for service and a fixed place of business: ul. Lubelska 33, 10-408 Olsztyn, NIP [Tax ID No.]: 8481771079, REGON [Business ID No.]: 281572626.
  2. The Study Project Coordinator, Ewa Waszkiewicz, is responsible for the security and handling of personal data provided by project participants.
  3. Personal data: first name and surname, telephone number, personal e-mail address, project e-mail address, age, gender, education, status (working, studying) of the study subject will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a)) until the last research questionnaire is received from the study subject, after that the data will be subject to anonymization after which it will not be possible to link them to the research data.
  4. The personal data collected will be processed operationally in connection with project implementation and then for scientific purposes, the data will not be transferred for any other purposes. The research data collected will be compiled in an aggregated form, with the results presented in a form that does not allow for identification of individual participants.
  5. Each project participant will have the right to access their data, the right to rectify them, to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw data and the right to object.  In order to do so, please send a relevant message to: projektopvr@pradma.pl from the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Upon project completion, the participants’ personal data will be irrevocably erased.
  6. At each stage of the project and at the end of the project, you have the right to erase all your data. In order to do so, please send an “Data erasure” message to: projektopvr@pradma.pl from the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

 

Study person’s consent to be signed

  1. I understand that the joint controllers of the project participants’ data are: a) Study Project Coordinator, Ewa Waszkiewicz, with address for service at ul. Dworcowa 70/16, 10-437 Olsztyn, b) PRADMA Dariusz Naruszewicz, with address for service and a fixed place of business: Lubelska 33, 10-408 Olsztyn, NIP [Tax ID No.]: 8481771079, REGON [Business ID No.]: 281572626, with the Study Project Coordinator, Ewa Waszkiewicz, being responsible for the security and handling of personal data provided by project participants.
